At Forgely, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services for all our 3D printed products. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and costs.

  1. PROCESSING TIMES

Standard Orders:

  • Processing time: 2-5 business days
  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
  • Large or complex orders may require additional processing time

Custom Orders:

  • Processing times vary based on complexity
  • Estimated completion time provided upon order confirmation
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
  1. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Local Pickup:

  • Available at our Roy, Utah location
  • Available during business hours:
    • Monday-Friday: 11 AM-6 PM
    • Saturday: 11 AM-3 PM

All Orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Package weight
    • Destination
    • Selected shipping method

Additional Services:

  • Priority Mail: Additional $8.95
  • Express Shipping: Additional $24.95
  • International shipping: Currently not available

Domestic:

  • We ship to all 50 US states
  • Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii

International:

  • Currently not available

  • Tracking number provided via email once order ships
  • Track your order through our website
  • Updates available through carrier's tracking system
  1. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
  • Certain items may have size or weight restrictions
  • Some locations may require additional shipping time
  • P.O. boxes accepted for standard shipping only
  1. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Replacement or refund will be processed after review

Lost packages:

  • Domestic packages considered lost after 14 days
  • Claims process will begin after this period
  • Replacement or refund issued once claim is verified

  • Customer responsible for providing correct shipping address
  • Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement shipping

  • Special shipping arrangements available for bulk orders
  • Custom quotes provided for large quantity shipments
  • Additional processing time may be required
